The Seabreeze - 221

The Seabreeze is located two blocks from the ocean on a beautiful quiet street.
It has all hardwood floors, a screen porch and a nice backyard.
There is a finished basement and a one car garage.

The living room is large and the kitchen is fully equipped.
There are two baths and three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed.
A king size bed is also in the second bedroom with a queen size bed in the third.

Once you have your dates decided please call us to verify availability.
A deposit is required to hold the dates you desire. A cleaning deposit fee may also be necessary.

At Daytona Beach Ocean Homes a fully equipped kitchen means that there is a stove,
refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot, toaster and microwave.
Some homes have a dishwasher as one of the appliances.
Although we provide the linens, we ask that you bring your own towels.

Pricing:
Prices range from $100 to $5000, and are based on availability,
the number of guests, the season and the chosen home.
