The Sea Pines is a large 4
bedroom 3 bath ocean front beach home with central heat and air,
large living
room
with a spectacular view of the ocean from the large picture window.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed with it's own bath,
the second bedroom
and the third bedrooms have queen size beds.
The fourth bedroom is located in the lower level and its entrance is through the
2 car garage and carries a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa.
The washer dryer is coin operated and is also in the garage area.
The kitchen is
fully equipped and very bright.
The dining area faces the ocean with a very pleasant view while dining.
There is lots of parking and your steps go right down to the beach.
Once you
have your dates decided please call us to verify availability.
A deposit is required to hold the dates you desire. A cleaning deposit
fee may also be necessary.
At Daytona Beach Ocean
Homes a fully equipped kitchen means that there is a stove,
refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot, toaster and microwave.
Some homes have a dishwasher as one of the appliances.
Although we provide the linens, we ask that you bring your own towels.
Pricing:
Prices range from $100 to $5000, and are based on availability,
the number of guests, the season and the chosen home.
