a pull out sleeper sofa and another sofa in the living room.

The beds are king size in the master bedroom, the other bedroom has two twin beds
and the third bedroom has a queen size bed.

There is a two car garage and a screened-in porch with lawn furniture and a BBQ.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the home has central heat and air plus TV,
with cable and phone.

The home is located in Ponce Inlet, Florida which is very south Daytona.
The area is very quiet and private. Peace and quiet is what we offer here.
You are only a few miles from the lighthouse and the many boat rentals in the area.

Once you have your dates decided please call us to verify availability.
A deposit is required to hold the dates you desire. A cleaning deposit fee may also be necessary.

At Daytona Beach Ocean Homes a fully equipped kitchen means that there is a stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot, toaster and microwave.
Some homes have a dishwasher as one of the appliances.
Although we provide the linens, we ask that you bring your own towels.

Prices range from $100 to $5000, and are based on availability,
the number of guests, the season and the chosen home.
