Top the Dolphin - 539a
Top the Dolphin is the upstairs unit of a
two story beach house.
It has two large bedrooms that face the ocean, a living room,
kitchen and one bath.
Each bedroom has a king size bed. You get to the
deck from the bedroom
by way of the sliding glass doors.
The living room has a pull out
sleeper for extra guests.
The kitchen has all modern appliances for your use.
For enjoying
the ocean, there is lawn furniture and barbecue grill on the patio.
There are also dolphins that you can occasionally see
dancing in the waves.
The home has central air and heat throughout, a
washer and dryer,
telephone and television with cable and HBO.
Once you have your dates decided
please call us to verify availability.
A deposit is required to hold the dates you
desire.
A cleaning deposit fee may also be necessary.
At Daytona Beach Ocean Homes a fully equipped
kitchen means
that there is a stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot,
toaster
and microwave. Some homes have a dishwasher as one of the appliances.
Although we provide the linens, we ask that you bring your own towels.
Pricing:
Prices range from $100 to $5000, and are based on availability,
the number of guests, the season and the chosen home.
