excluding Memorial Day, Biketoberfest, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
The Winter season is: January and February excluding Race weeks.
The Regular season is: March, April and September excluding Bike Week.
The Summer season is: June, July and August.

High: Means dates that are in high demand.
Special: Means special events or days not limited to those that are excluded.

Prices range from $100 to $5000, and are based on availability,
the number of guests, the season and the chosen home.

w Rate: Rate is per unit.
w Minimum Stay: 3 days or 1 week, depending on dates.
w Extra Persons: Prices vary, depending on unit and dates.
w Additional : Towel fee.
w Tax: Rate does not include 5% local and 6½% Florida Tax.
w Reservation Deposit: 50% of total rent.
w Security Deposit: $100 to $300 refunded at departure.
w Final Payment Due: Cash-Amex-Visa-MC-DS-Travelers' Checks

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 90 days or less prior
to arrival will result in some or all of the deposit being forfeited, but may be applied toward
future rental within one year.
