Our newest home is directly in Daytona Beach, has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths,
very nicely furnished,
with a patio and porch overlooking beautiful Daytona Beach,
with a new pool and
poolside lounging area NOW COMPLETED.
This oceanfront house is approximately
3000 sq. ft and has two living rooms with a pull out sleeper sofa,
a fully
equipped kitchen and dining area, bedroom TV and VCR.
The beds are king size in the master
bedroom, the 2nd bedroom also has a king, the
3rd bedroom has a queen and the 4th bedroom has a queen and a set of bunk beds.
This home has central heat and air, TV with cable and a telephone.
A
coin-operated washer - dryer, and a B.B.Q. for your favorite grilled foods.
Once you have your dates decided
please call us to verify availability.
A deposit is required to hold the dates you
desire. A cleaning deposit fee may also be necessary.
At Daytona Beach Ocean Homes a fully equipped kitchen means that there is a stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot, toaster and microwave. Some homes have a dishwasher as one of the appliances.
Although we provide the linens, we ask that you bring your own towels.
Pricing:
Prices range from $100 to $5000, and are based on availability,
the number of guests, the season and the chosen home.
