The Sawgrass is located some 150 yards from the beach on
a richly landscaped piece of land sitting behind one of our favorite homes (The Sand Dune).
Newly constructed in 2004, it has all tiled floors, two beautiful bedrooms,
a richly furnished and decorated living area with a dining room designed to
accommodate up to 10 people. It is of course fully air conditioned as are all our homes.

The kitchen is fully equipped to say the least.
Our two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds in one bedroom
and a queen sized bed in the second, there is one bathroom with ultra modern facilities.
The balcony looks out onto the beach just yards away. The home has immediate and
full access to the beach. Parking area is generous.
This accommodation is something special designed for the connoisseur.

Once you have your dates decided please call us to verify availability.
A deposit is required to hold the dates you desire. A cleaning deposit fee may also be necessary.

At Daytona Beach Ocean Homes a fully equipped kitchen means that there is a stove,
refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot, toaster and microwave.
Some homes have a dishwasher as one of the appliances.
Although we provide the linens, we ask that you bring your own towels.

Pricing:
Prices range from $100 to $5000, and are based on availability,
the number of guests, the season and the chosen home.
